By commissioning me you are already accepting my terms of service.

♡ Message me on Twitter first if you want to commission me. [Afterwards if I accept the comms we can message on Discord.]♡ Be patient with me, I don't always answer fast. [Read my about me and you'll understand why!]♡ I only accept payment on Fiverr. So please never ask me for Robux or RH Diamonds comms. [I just do USD comms!!]♡ Comms include commercial use so please don't come and complain about the prices to me. The reason why it costs a bit more is due to it including commercial use.♡ Usage for Merchandise is + x2 the original price & I still reserve all rights to my art as the creator.♡ Commissions will be payed on Fiverr.♡ You can't let me change anything about how you'd want me to draw your comm after the sketch. Only thing you can tell me to change is the colouring and minor changes! [Please just don't expect me to change everything you've already asked me to do.]♡ I am allowed to post commissions & wips on my Social media with proper credits to the commissioner unless discussed otherwise beforehand. Please let me know in advance!♡ You are not allowed to edit/trace/copy/heavily reference my art. Imma smackies chu if chu do. >:c♡ If you make me uncomfortable in any way then I have the right to refuse the commission.♡ Please credit me if possible. I work really hard on my comms so it will be highly appreciated if you credit my work.♡ Please don't rush me to finish your order!! It takes me time so please be patient with me.♡ I won't take any responsibility for any misunderstandings or mistakes that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt from compliance.♡ Commissions can't be refunded.♡ I can modify my Terms of Service at any time, if I consider it's necessary.
♡Procedure:
♡ Will be using Fiverr to receive payment. You are not allowed to refund.♡ Once the sketch is approved, I'll start cleaning/drawing it. At this point, you can no longer ask for huge changes, only additions or minor color changes. All extra changes asked on the lineart/coloring process (which include redrawing or adding things) will cost +$5 each.♡ I'll show you W.I.Ps from time to time to make sure everything is ok. If I don't show you a WIP, that means I don't have anything new yet.♡ If everything is ok, I'll deliver your finished commission and everything it may include.
♡Please keep in mind:
♡ MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING!!♡ I won't accept orders that are super detailed.♡ If it takes me a while to respond please understand it's because I am either busy or I'm resting due to my illnesses.♡ Remember to have an already existing reference of the character or oc. I do not accept orders from people who barely has any idea for what they would like me to draw for them. As an artist it becomes extremely frustrating when working with someone who has no idea what they want or do not already have a character design for me to follow.
